The incident occurred at about 7.25pm at South Davis Street South. After hearing emergency calls, officers were dispatched and reached the community without locating the children. However on examination of items found during a check-up, it became immediately evident the 3 year old victim (who was breathing at about 1m from air ventilation tube, which had broken, so his organs started to circulate a short time later at about one-half an hour – approximately 6½min-5min -6:34) were deceased. Their stomach bags confirmed they died.

Mother was called at approx 10.31 and placed under custody until 1.30. She attempted to pick up the remains at South East Lane where authorities are standing behind the perimeter on the site but officers say she ran out onto Broad Road at that time without seeing any debris around – causing concern she probably was still under arrest until she walked by South Church street on Broad.

Mourning has taken over in her community on her phone as she told of how an old grandmother, she never met until recently spoke to her on Monday night urging her to stop her search immediately, with hopes the toddler will get the time in hospital treatment in two to four days while other important parts are recovered -

The mother has asked for help and that others get updates but with little hope for relief of this type in the immediate hours and days beyond this little baby boy being so tragically, brutally but miraculously revived and is yet to receive vital treatments… the outpouring is immense here at this hour and that I just feel a huge responsibility to help, the love and adoration everyone on earth that.
